Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were extremely narrow and muggy, but surprisingly clean and quiet, allowing us to rest well. The service was kind and helpful overall, although not always efficient. The location was excellent for our daily activities due to its convenience and proximity to the metro. The dining experience, while not extraordinary, was satisfactory. The facilities were decent without standing out.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel despite some room issues. The service was excellent with thoughtful gestures, and the location was fantastic for exploring Tokyo. The dining options were reasonable, and the facilities met my expectations.
The hotel offers compact but very comfortable rooms, especially the super comfy bed, though it was a little bit small for two. The cleanliness was not as expected for a hotel in Japan. The service, despite some hiccups, was thoughtful and friendly, making up for the room experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to train lines for exploring Yokohama and Tokyo. The dining options, while not to everyone's taste, are seen as a decent value for the price.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located near Minato Mirai and the Chinese Quarter, but the room was quite small. Despite that, it is usable with a suitcase if you don't mind hopping around it to reach the shower. The view outside directly facing a neighboring window just 2 meters away was a bit cramped, especially for a non-local guest.
I found the hotel to be cozy for two people, but lacking in storage space for luggage. The room was narrow and muggy, facing an adjoining building. The small room had an oversized LCD TV and a miniature cubicle for the toilet and bath.
